Input Data Validation

Only closed loop enclosure engineering practises have the power to validate the input data. Such input data files include materials. Material files are almost always contain errors due to the fact that published date was created in ideal laboratory settings rather than collected from real-world situations. Thus, it is very dangerous to use material supplier’s data as input into any computer aided engineering (CAE) system. Unfortunately, even large commercial material databases contain a staggering amount of errors. GB Mentors can furnish validated data to certain CAE tools.
